  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Scheduling an appointment is easy. Call our direct line or send us a message with your contact information. One of our attorneys will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your legal needs.

  • Where are your offices located?

    We have two convenient locations. Our main office is located in Morristown, and we have a second office in New York City.

  • How much will the work cost me?

    After we meet to discuss your situation, we will offer an estimate for how much our services will cost. This estimate will either be a fixed fee or based upon the number of hours we estimate it will take to complete the work. A retainer will be requested as part of the process of engaging our firm. The final fee will be dependent upon the complexity of your case.


  • How much is your consultation fee?

    We offer complimentary consultations to help you decide whether or not we are a good fit for your legal needs. Your first 30 minutes is free.

  • What happens during the initial consultation?

    During the consultation, we will get to know one another, answer any questions you have about the legal process, and discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them. We will also go over the fee structure and general timeline for your matter.

  • What do I need to bring during my initial consultation?
