RICHARD H. BEILIN was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1989.
Richard is a lifelong resident of Morris County. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Rutger's College, New Brunswick, N.J. in 1986 in English and Labor Studies, and his law degree from George Washington University National Law Center in 1989.
Throughout his legal career, Richard has concentrated his practice in litigation. He has an emphasis in commercial litigation, including collection and employment matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in representing municipalities and homeowner's associations, and in representing those bodies in litigation. He has expertise in drafting contracts, ordinances, resolutions and by-laws. He regularly attends meetings of the governing bodies of municipalities and homeowners' associations.
Richard devotes a significant portion of his practice to collection matters. He has edited the Case Law Digest on real property law for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Real Property newsletter, and has spoken to realtors' groups on bankruptcy and foreclosure issues.
Richard is a former member of the District V-B Attorney Ethics Committee.
